About the author
Martín Elías Quintero Osorio. Currently engineering lead at Cuemby, where I lead a multidisciplinary team across AI, cloud, infrastructure, architecture, and development. Previously CTO of a startup for over five years, designing everything from cloud architectures to machine learning pipelines. I also worked as a research assistant at Universidad de Antioquia, where I managed the lab computing resources and supported students from undergraduates to postdocs. I organize the Cloud Native Medellín community and have participated in Kubernetes Community Days. I care about designing systems that work for real people, not idealized versions of them.
